A body-positive, 30-minute bootcamp-style workout
No shame, No judgement, Just endorphins!
7:30am Tuesdays & Fridays, in a 6 Week series, Starting January 28
30 Minute "quickie" workouts consist of a warm up, 20 minutes of circuit training exercises (scalable based on your fitness level and skills), followed by a cool down and stretch out. Focus on functional movements, core strength, and posture.
This series is for:
- people wanting to start their day out early, wake up their bodies and brains through exercise, and set a positive tone for the day.
- people wanting to work out in a fun and body-positive environment, that's free of shame, weight-loss/diet talk, and body-comparisons. We honor all the ways you choose to use your body. It's yours. ♥
- people wanting to Take Up Space by feeling more confident and in control of their bodies, but don't have a lot of time to commit.

Sliding Scale $190 - $240 for 12 classes, twice a week for 6 weeks
100% of price paid beyond $190 goes to rotating local non-profits.
Card info collected for registration, you will not be charged until the first class of the series :)
